Tyumen Aroma Product Manufacturers Registered a Trademark With the Help of State Support for SMEs

The Khalimov family runs a small handmade aroma product business under the brand “Kati Aroma”. These are candles, diffusers, aroma sachets, room sprays and gift sets.

“A special line of our business is corporate gifts for companies and events: the products can be personalized and branded to create a truly individual gift,” explains Elena Khalimova. The entrepreneurs plan to gradually develop retail sales and enter larger online marketplaces, as well as to expand cooperation with the HoReCa segment.

To strengthen brand recognition, the entrepreneurs decided to officially register the “Kati Aroma” trademark. They turned for help to the Engineering Center of the ANO “Innovation Agency”.

The experts checked the name for risks of similarity with other brands, helped with filing the application to Rospatent, and also provided preferential terms: Elena Khalimova paid 50% of the cost of the service.
